Join the Movement

Welcome to the Top Blokes family!

We believe that all boys and young men deserve to build strong foundations for positive mental health, no matter who they are, or where they come from.
That’s why we’re building a youth-led movement for change.

We picture a future where young blokes like you define what it means to be a top bloke. A future where you’re not just surviving; you’re thriving.
Find out how you can be part of a better future for boys and young men.

Strength and resilience

We’re flipping the script on what it means to be strong. It’s not just about muscles or acting tough. It’s about being resilient, showing empathy, and being true to yourself. That’s what true strength means.

We’re challenging stereotypes, striving for a world where you and your mates live life to the fullest. Our commitment goes beyond breaking molds; it’s about reducing suicide rates, curbing anti-social and risk-taking behaviours and making positive mental health our foundation.

We’re here to guide your growth, show you how to harness your strengths and create a future where you take centre stage.

Top Blokes Uncut is back - Season 2. This time we’re diving deep into just some of the topics we explore in our programs - masculinity, mental health, building resilience, impact of pornography and looking after our sexual health.

In our first episode of the season, Thomas - part of the Youth Worker team in South West Sydney - talks about the influence of social media on our perception of what it means to be a man.

Thomas explains that when young men don’t have positive role models to look up to, it’s easy for them to idolise influencers who present unrealistic lifestyles or promote toxic ideals.

At Top Blokes, we don’t tell boys what’s right or wrong; we give them the tools to think critically about what they see and hear online. And we create open spaces where they can share their views without judgment. This way, they learn to question what’s real, understand why certain narratives are pushed, and build resilience against misinformation. It’s about guiding them to challenge the noise and find their own, empowered path.

Watch the full episode on you tube, our website or listen on Spotify.

One of the best parts of our job? Hearing the feedback from the boys and young men who have been on our program.

Here’s what one young man said: “Being a man isn’t about being the toughest person in the room. It’s about being a person that’s willing to sacrifice things and being in service to people they care about.”

In our 14-17 program, Youth Workers Danny and Isaac reflect on how this young man is challenging stereotypes and redefining what masculinity means to him. Being a man is about support, guidance, helping others and uplifting those around you. 💪🧡

These are the moments that show true strength.

This @movember Top Blokes youth council members, Daniel and Salim sit down with our ambassador, @harry_garside in the first of a special series focusing on masculinity, mental health and resilience.

“I think it’s really important to be a really strong man. And that comes in many different forms. Being strong could be opening up about your emotions or being strong could be the protector or the provider, being strong could be the one who bends down and hugs his kid when they get home from school. Being a strong, masculine person comes in many different forms.” - Harry Garside
