Welcome to the Top Blokes family!
We believe that all boys and young men deserve to build strong foundations for positive mental health, no matter who they are, or where they come from.
That’s why we’re building a youth-led movement for change.
We picture a future where young blokes like you define what it means to be a top bloke. A future where you’re not just surviving; you’re thriving.
Find out how you can be part of a better future for boys and young men.
Join the Movement. Wear the Change.

Strength and resilience
We’re flipping the script on what it means to be strong. It’s not just about muscles or acting tough. It’s about being resilient, showing empathy, and being true to yourself. That’s what true strength means.
We’re challenging stereotypes, striving for a world where you and your mates live life to the fullest. Our commitment goes beyond breaking molds; it’s about reducing suicide rates, curbing anti-social and risk-taking behaviours and making positive mental health our foundation.
We’re here to guide your growth, show you how to harness your strengths and create a future where you take centre stage.

Top Blokes news“We Don’t Talk About It, But It’s There”

And that’s a problem. At Top Blokes, we’ve been working with boys and young men aged 10-24 […]

In the mediaThe anti-Andrew Tate: how youth workers can counteract the impact of masculinity influencers
[Author: Amanda Dylina Morse, Research Fellow, Queen’s University Belfast] Andrew Tate – online content creator, podcaster, former kickboxer, and subject of ongoing human trafficking investigations – has gained widespread influence with millions of men and boys. Tate promotes financial independence, being “mentally and physically strong,” and being successful with women, interspersed with (sometimes violent) misogyny. For my PhD research, I worked […]

Last week, Youth Worker Joel and recent Top Blokes graduate Tim jumped on 101.5FM to talk about the impact of the Top Blokes program in the Moreton Bay community.
Joel shared a powerful story from a graduation last year, and Tim spoke about what he learned during his time in the program.
Proud of these two for speaking openly about their experiences and showing what can happen when young men are given the space to grow.

Young men entering the workforce face real pressures – stress, long hours, limited networks and the expectation to “tough it out.”
That’s why we’re partnering with El’s Workshop and the @awunion to bring the Top Blokes Workplace Program to their young members. 👷♂️💛
Through mentoring, we build the skills that matter most on site and in life:
💬 communication
💛 resilience
🛠 stress management
🤝 mateship + connection
All while honouring the legacy of Elias El-Khoury, whose impact continues to support young men today. If you’re interested in supporting the young men in your workplace then get in touch.

This week we’ve been out in our communities, standing with partners, families and schools to raise awareness of partner and family violence.
From panels to walks to school activities, our team showed up and so did so many of our partner schools and boys from our Top Blokes programs.
We’re proud of the young men who are speaking out, leading with empathy, and showing what positive and healthy masculinities looks like in action.
